Here at Brown Bear Components we provide quality workmanship on everything we do. We can fit parts and accessories to your vehicle, as well as perform general maintenance.
What we can do for you:
* Install performance upgrades such as turbos, exhausts and inter-coolers.
* Install boost and EGT gauges
* Install cooling systems parts i.e. radiators, thermostats and water pumps
* Install wheel and wheel studs
* Install suspension kits
* Install head and tail light assemblies
* Perform general maintenance like oil changes, radiator flush & fill, brake & clutch flush, valve clearance adjustments and more
Brown Bear Components offers 4 different service levels for your Unimog to suit your budget and needs. Starting with level 1 up to level 4. Each higher level service is an addition to the service level before it, i.e. level 3 service includes all the items from levels 1 & 2. *** Note services are based of a standard Unimog tray truck. Mogs with PTO, crane or tippers may require additional items for level 2 & 3 services. Level 4 service includes all items from levels 1-3.

Level 1 service:
* Engine oil and filters replacement
* Portal and Diff oils replacement
* Fuel filters (stock type) and lift pump filter replacement
* Belt adjustments
* Fluid level & condition for gearbox, power steering, coolant, brake and clutch
* Visual inspection of engine air filter, cabin air filter, electrical items, gauges, brake pads (includes removing wheels)
* General inspection of rest of the truck
* Road test
Level 2 service:
* All belts replaced
* Gearbox oil replacement
* Power steering fluid & filter replacement
* Engine air filter and cabin air filter replacement
* Greasing of steering components (where applicable)
* This service includes items from level 1 service
Level 3 service:
* Brake & clutch fluid replacement
* Coolant replacement
* Grease cardan joints & output shaft to gearbox
* Torque tube service (ball joint to transfer case)
* Valve clearances and cylinder head bolts re-torqued
* Cab tilted and locators lubed
* This service includes items from level 1 & 2 services

Level 4 service
* Removal of torque tubes, greasing of slip & universal joints of main drive shafts
**** Please note this level of service is very labour intensive ****

Camber correction kit installation $950
* includes standard front-end alignment with local truck tyre shop

Post auction inspection $1500
* Visual inspection of: fluids levels / condition, belts, brakes (removal of wheels), engine air filter, cabin air filter, electrical components, check for air leaks and road test
