What payment methods do you accept?

 We currently accept Paypal on the website however, if you get in touch we can provide you with direct deposit details.

Do you offer local pickup?

Customers can contact us directly for same-day local pick up.

I forgot to add a item to my purchase, can you combine orders going to the same person?

In this instance, the best thing to do is to contact us to see if your order has already been packed and shipped. We'll do our best to combine multiple orders where possible.

Can I arrange my own freight?

Yes. If you select Queensland and then local pickup so you are not charged freight by us. Then please contact us to let us know the arrangements. We are open by appointment only and we will need to be here for when your shipper picks up the item.

Please note that we use Auspost as we can provide insurance for the value of you items in case something happens in transit i.e. loss or damage.

Do you ship outside Australia?

Yes we can. Though you'll need to contact us directly as this is not currently available through the website.
